Chief Executive Officer for our Substance Use Disorder Facility
Position Description:
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer with exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision in Canton, OH to to lead and oversee adult and geriatric inpatient and outpatient services. The Chief Executive Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of these services.
Qualifications of the Chief Executive Officer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- 2 years of experience in an executive-level role within a Substance Use Disorder facility.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Medicaid, Medicare, HIPAA, and relevant mental health guidelines.
Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer:
- Strategic planning: Further develop and implement the company's strategy and vision
- Financial management: Review financial reports and develop cash flow projections in collaboration with the CFO
- Legal compliance: Ensure the company complies with legal guidelines and policies
- Stakeholder relations: Further develop relationships with key stakeholders, including board members and clients
- Growth: Continuously evaluate the company's performance and growth, and identify areas for improvement
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
