Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director for our Substance use Disorder ( SUD ) Facility in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday from 9am- 5pm, with the opportunity to take 2-4 remote days per month.
Qualifications of the Clinical Director:
Valid Clinical license in the state of District of Columbia
5 years of experience as a Clinical Director .
Experience working in a Substance Use Disorder ( SUD ) Facility
Responsibilities of the Clinical Director::
Oversee clinical team and program development for both SUD Outpatient clinics (PHP/IOP/OP).
Lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in line with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, implementing improvements as needed to enhance care quality.
