Compensation: $120,000 - $ 150,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Director for our Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA ) Company in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Clinical Director: :

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst ( BCBA ) Certification Preferred.

• 2 years in a leadership role within the Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA ) field.

• Clear understanding of all aspects pertaining to Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA ) including the importance and significant impact of providing excellent services to patients at home or in school.

• Superb Leadership and Structural Organizational skills.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Director:

• Lead, Mentor and Oversee the team of Board Certified Behavioral Analysis ( BCBA ) and Registered Behavior Technicians ( RBT ). .

• Create and implant workflows while continuously monitoring and implementing guidelines for best practices.

• Review Board Certified Behavioral Analysis ( BCBA ) and Registered Behavior Technicians ( RBT ) reports to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Report directly to the CEO and Lead BCBA.
