Position Description: We are looking for a dedicated Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in West Orange, New Jersey to oversee all nursing operations. This is a full-time, in person position Monday - Friday 9-5. Qualifications of the Director of Nursing ( DON ): 2 years as a Director of Nursing ( DON ) or Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) at a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) with experience in leadership and nursing staff development Valid degree in Nursing. Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 Annual Salary
