Position Description: We are looking for a dedicated Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Dayton, Ohio to oversee all nursing operations. This is a full-time position, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Qualifications of the Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) :
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and 401K with a match program. PTO.
Responsibilities of the Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) :
- As the Travel Director of Nursing ( DON ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) you will lead and mentor all nursing personnel.
- Enforce policies for high quality standards of patient care.
- Direct budgets and monitor expenditures
- Regularly travel between facilities within Ohio to provide an on-site support and training
