Position Description: We are looking for a detail oriented and strategic Director of Operations ( DOO ) for our Home Care Agency in Brooklyn, NY to oversee back office operations. This is a full-time, in-person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Qualifications of the Director of Operations ( DOO ) : 2 years of working in the Home Care setting on an operational capacity specific to leadership, supervision and client relations. Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs and compliance requirements. Prior experience with CDPAP, NHTD and other relevant programs is a plus. Responsibilities of the Director of Operations ( DOO ) : Strategic Leadership: Further development and implementation of operational strategies as the Director of Operations. Team Management: Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff to ensure high-quality care. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements. Client Relations: Address client concerns and improve satisfaction through personalized and efficient services. Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000 Annual Salary
