Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Director for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Lawrence, New Jersey. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Qualifications of the Marketing Director:
3 years hands-on experience with content creation, social media, or email campaigns—internships or freelance work count.
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or basic design platforms and the ability to write or edit marketing copy.
Clear written and verbal communication, especially when coordinating with overseas contractors ( designers, video editors, or VAs).
Experience with platforms like Trello, Asana, Slack, or Google Workspace to manage timelines and delegate tasks to remote staff.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Director:
Help draft and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and basic website updates.
Assign tasks, review submissions, and ensure deadlines are met for international team members such as graphic designers or video editors.
Help with writing captions, editing blog posts, or repurposing content across platforms.
Track key campaign dates, product launches, and content scheduling to keep everything on time.
Pull basic metrics from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or Mailchimp to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
