Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Medicaid Enrollment Specialist for our Healthcare Finance in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is a full-time, Remote position, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications of the Medicaid Enrollment Specialist:

• Strong Medicaid background, particularly in nursing home billing or healthcare finance.

• Experience with Medicaid eligibility determination, tracking, and follow-ups.

• Ability to oversee and guide staff working on Medicaid applications.

Responsibilities of the Medicaid Enrollment Specialist:

• Monitor Medicaid eligibility and ensure proper coverage for nursing home residents.

• Track and manage Medicaid pending cases, ensuring all necessary documents and information are submitted promptly.

• Follow up with families regarding Medicaid applications, guiding them through the process and addressing any concerns.

• Oversee and support staff handling Medicaid cases, providing guidance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
