Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Spring Valley, Ohio to oversee all nursing operations. This is a full time position, in person position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare
administration. - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- A valid Nursing Home Administration ( NHA ) license in Ohio
Responsibilities:
- Resident care oversight | Ensure quality care is provided to residents
- Staff management | Hire, train, and supervise all staff members within the
facility, including nurses, aides, and administrative personnel. - Financial management | Manage the budget, overseeing the billing and
reimbursement processes, and making financial decisions to ensure the
facility's sustainability. - Compliance with regulations | Ensure the facility adheres to all state and
federal regulations related to healthcare standards and resident safety. - Communication and collaboration | Act as a liaison between residents,
families, staff, and outside healthcare providers. - Facility operations | Oversee maintenance, building upkeep, and overall
facility management.
