CMS Imaging is currently accepting resumes for an Accounting Specialist in our North Charleston office.
CMS Imaging, Inc. is the premier healthcare solutions provider specializing in the sales and service of diagnostic medical imaging equipment. With Service Engineers through the southeast, CMS continues to grow and expand. Founded in 1987 in Charleston, SC as an independent service organization, CMS Imaging has expanded its product line to include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, and Advanced Fluoroscopic systems. Software solutions including PACS and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA) are also available to enable customers to display, manage, and store imaging data.
CMS offers a comprehensive suite of employee benefits to support our team members and their families. The Accounting specialists will assist with daily, monthly, and yearly accounting activities and projects and will use receipts and other documents to verify and process transactions, record, and analyze financial information, communicate with employees, clients, and suppliers.
As a valued member of our Accounting Team, our Accounting Specialist will maintain financial and account records within our ERP system and will perform any combination of routine tasks such as:
· Maintaining inventory records
· Processing expenses
· Preparing purchase orders and expense reports
· Enter, maintain and ensure proper billing of CMS Service contracts via Service Application and Acct Software
· Calculating and preparing payments for utilities, taxes and other services
Requirements
Accounting/Book-keeping experience
Excel and MS Word proficiency
Accounts Payable experience
