CMS Landscaping is rapidly expanding and is looking for an Lawn Care Technician to join our team effective immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities

· Involvement in all aspects of company lawn care services

· Fertilization, weed, insect and grub controls, seeding and aeration.

· All aspects of chemical applications.

· Develop good working relationships with customers, knowledge of assigned properties and suggest additional service as needed.

Qualifications

· MA/ CT pesticide license preferred, willing to train candidates with good work ethic and positive attitudes with willingness to learn.

• Possess at least a high school diploma or GED Equivalent, College is a plus
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Provide quality applications on customers property while giving great customer service - You are the face of the company and you should be proud of the work you do!
• Be willing to learn to improve your skills and applications
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to arrive at work on-time
• Be able to work Monday-Friday (7:30 to 4:00) Saturdays if needed
• Be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Be able to pass a drug test
• Be able to pass a background screening
• Be able to work independently
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers verbally and in writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
