What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Machine Assembly Manager to lead our assembly operations and ensure the seamless integration of electrical and mechanical components into our complex machinery.
- Production Planning Expertise – The ability to develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
- Technical Knowledge – In-depth understanding of electrical and mechanical components, wiring diagrams, motor controls, power systems, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Quality Control Skills – Experience in establishing and enforcing quality standards, overseeing inspections, and identifying defects or non-conforming parts.
- Problem-Solving Ability – Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Leadership Experience – Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of electro-mechanical assemblers, providing training and performance evaluations.
