CMSP LLC is seeking an experienced Machine or Press Operator.
Summary: Responsible for performing press operations according to client standards
Job Description: The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing, stamping, or other types of press equipment used in the manufacturing of Rubber and molded products. This role involves setting up and adjusting the press machine, ensuring it functions efficiently, and overseeing the production process to ensure high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press machines according to specifications.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance, including speed, pressure, and alignment.
- Load materials press machine.
- Monitor the machine during operation to detect malfunctions, errors, or defects in the finished product.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Operates production machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
2. Meets production quantity and quality levels per work orders.
3. Collaborates with lead person regarding pre-press functions and operation of machines as needed.
4. Inspects produced parts to ensure continuous quality level and reports discrepancies immediately to lead person.
5. Fills out production paperwork and inspection procedures on a daily basis.
6. Detects and reports discrepancies on machine malfunctions promptly to lead person.
7. Package and transports produced parts as needed to next operation.
8. Maintains machines and work area clean at all times.
9. Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
