Auto insurers, automakers, commercial mobility companies, and the public sector use insights from CMT's platform to power risk assessment, safety, claims, and driver improvement programs. CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Product Design Intern who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!

Responsibilities :

Design and validate a new feature for the DriveWell white-label app framework for both iOS and Android
Conduct user interviews to learn about users' wants and needs
Conduct discovery research, identifying existing in-market solutions and the gaps CMT could fill
Utilize and contribute to the DriveWell design system
Usertest designs to validate they achieve product goals
Collaborate with developers to implement designs
Track work in JIRA
Complete any additional Product Design / UX research tasks as they arise

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an undergraduate degree relating to Product Design (Human-Computer Factors, Graphic Design, Anthropology, Psychology, etc.)

Portfolio demonstrating basic knowledge of UX methodologies and UI skills

Comfortable designing and collaborating in Figma

Desire to learn and be part of a collaborative team

Strong work ethic and proven ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work within customer brand guidelines and defined design systems

Ability to take feedback and use it to improve your work, and our processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working independently
