Project Manager Civil Infrastructure
Position Summary :
Responsible for planning, design and supervision of construction and environmental projects. Must possess a combination of education and leadership.
- Provide scoping, scheduling, outreach and overall project supervision for the restoration of pedestrian walkways and roadways in residential corridors.
- Provide quality assurance / quality control, utility coordination and inspection support through all project phases.
- Provide overall management of construction phases and close-out completion.
- Generate and manage asset management database(s).
- Manage project budget and implement cost controls.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Managing both internal and external risks within the projects lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.
- Manage material dispatching.
- Provide payroll and timekeeping support.
Education :
B.S. Construction Engineering or similar
