At CMTA, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our diverse team of engineering professionals in the Louisville office.
This role will be responsible for managing project specifications and serving in an administrative capacity to oversee contract/construction documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project specifications and coordinate with multiple design team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with project contract language and current code requirements.
- Review, format, and edit project specifications to meet client needs and preferences.
- Provide office-wide support for all specification needs, including distributing and coordinating design documents to state and local review agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with specifications in the Architectural, Engineering or Construction field, with a strong understanding of CSI MasterFormat and experience with spec editing platforms such as MasterSpec, VisiSpec, SpecLink, or others.
- Proficiency with Adobe/Bluebeam and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as Electronic Document Management Systems such as Newforma and Procore.
