The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with various departments, including operations, safety, and compliance, to establish quality benchmarks and drive initiatives that sustain exceptional service quality. The Quality Assurance Manager will also lead the training and development of staff members to understand quality assurance processes and their importance in daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze and report on quality metrics and trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Design and conduct training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for quality assurance processes and audits.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality and operational efficiency.

Salary:
- $137,000.00/annually
Bonus Pay:
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
