We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Water Supply System Inspection Inspector located in Henrico County, Virginia.
Required Education:
The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma
Qualifications:
In order to become a candidate, you must possess these skills and abilities:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet hard due dates with minimum supervision
- Ability to adequately assess the physical water system materials
- Prepare clear and concise reports
- Strong computer, typing, and internet skills
- Be a self-starter and require little motivation
- Stays on top of assignments, avoiding last-minute crunches
- Follows directions and instructions carefully
- Be detail-oriented and well-organized with a flexible schedule
- Ability to work minimum of two full days Monday through Friday for inspections
- Access to a reliable car with the ability to cover a wide territory of properties.
- All candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with PAWC for site inspection appointments with clients via email and/or phone calls.
- Complete physical inspections of properties within an assigned territory.
- Take digital photos of properties, using a camera, smartphone or smart tablet.
- Document findings identified at the property.
- Type and insert photos into a report via the company website or in Excel or Word.
- Attend training or meetings as required.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- As an inspector, you will travel to residential properties for assessments
- Appointments are scheduled by others at the mutual convenience of the inspector and property owner contact, with anticipation of typically completing 10 or 15 inspections in one day, if available.
- Inspectors work will consist of conducting inspections, taking photos, conducting unit owners and/or resident interviews, and preparing reports through our company system.
- The physical inspection will be conducted in exterior areas of units.
Salary: $20 - $25 Per Hour
Bonus Pay:
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals, bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
