We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Water Supply System Inspection Supervisor located in Henrico County, VA
 
Required Education:

The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma

Qualifications:
In order to become a candidate, you must possess these skills and abilities: 
 

• Possess excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards. Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet hard due dates.
• Knowledge or experience in home-related inspections.
• Strong computer, typing, and internet skills
• Be a self-starter and require little motivation
• Stays on top of assignments, avoiding last-minute crunches
• Provides directions and instructions carefully
• Is detail-oriented and well-organized with a flexible schedule
• Ability to work minimum of three (3) full days Monday through Friday
• Access to a reliable car with the ability to cover a wide territory of properties.
• All candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check. 

 
Responsibilities:

• The supervisor will be responsible for multiple tasks including overall oversight of the inspection teams in the field and the fiscal activities of the area in which they are assigned.
• Supervise four (4) person teams in various locations primarily in eastern and central Pennsylvania.  
• The purpose of these inspections is to verify the supply piping material – metallic or PVC, used in the system initial installations to individual residential unit. These inspections and documentation of findings must be accurate and accomplished in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with PAWC for site inspection appointments with clients via email and/or phone calls.
• Confirm physical inspections of properties have occurred within an assigned territory.
• Prepare clear and concise reports
• Ensure digital photos of properties are properly labeled and filed for client records.
• Attend training or meetings as required.
• Follow all PAWC policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $38 - $45 Per Hour


Bonus Pay:
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals, bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
