Data Analyst II – Electronic Health Records Administrator

Position Summary:
The IT department implements, supports and maintains all systems at Pathways Forward. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users and acts as the key liaison for the software solutions vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Pathways Forward’s facilities and administrative offices. Our EHR Systems Specialist is responsible for support and maintenance of electronic health records.
The EHR Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining most aspects of the Credible system, including the Billing Matrix. Assist other staff with problem solving questions related to Credible. Will also assist with the documentation of changes to the system and can independently troubleshoot complex processes within the system as issues arise.
Responsible for importing and exporting files from/to various state, county and payer entities.
Responsible for generating forms and/or reports as needed.
Responsible for processing electronic claims files and rebill denied claims.
Creates, runs and analyses reports.
Level I Helpdesk support to Agency and County staff, escalating as required
Maintenance of Agency websites and social media presence, including routine site maintenance, content creation and limited graphic design.
Provide basic network security incident response, escalating as needed.
Provide backup support for IT department staff as needed.
Participates in staff meetings and training events.

Qualifications:
Three years managing a web-based data system and/or electronic billing system.
Accessibility to a reliable vehicle is necessary.
Act 33 and 34 Clearances required.
Preferred Experience and Training:
Proficiency with Office 365 applications required. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows domain administration, Windows Server 2019 & VMware administration preferred.
Two years of work experience involving IT support or equivalent.
