Overview
We are looking for experinced sales professional to go door-to-door and be able to do customer consultations. This job does have a base hourly pay, but is commison based. Commison is based upon previous experience with sales. Hiring as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Utilize estimating software to create detailed proposals and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Support the technical sales team by providing accurate data for presentations and bids.
- Comforable with door-to-door sales.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate estimations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
