探索前沿创新技术在疾病诊疗路径中的应用及落地，利用创新及数字化产品提高诊疗效率并推动AZ业务长期可持续发展，同时利用AZ大平台优势累积商业创新的know how，在VUCA时代提升自我的核心竞争力

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责

推动创新模式成功落地

1) 负责呼吸和肺癌创新模式医院落地

2) 协助推进AZ商业创新战略规划，以及创新模式整合

3) 支持数字化AI基本诊疗及管理技术应用

JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES / 工作要求和胜任能力

• 大学本科，良好的英文听说写交流能力
• MBA或医药教育背景或有海外教育背景（优先)
• 5年以上医药健康领域市场/销售/数字疗法产品经理/咨询公司经验
• 良好的跨部门沟通能力及市场洞察能
• 良好的逻辑思维能力，具备较强的数据分析及PPT撰写能力
