Senior Manager-Advanced Analytics & Insight

JOB PURPOSE   

We are actively seeking for a highly skilled and experienced expert in big data and advanced analytics. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing advanced mathematical modeling initiatives to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in mathematical modeling, with a focus on predicting sales, optimizing resource allocation, and analyzing the correlation of various KPIs. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with external consulting firms, introducing cutting-edge models, and fostering collaboration across internal departments to drive project progress.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES   

Data modeling and mining insights

• Showcase a deep understanding of mathematical modeling, employing statistical methods and algorithms to generate accurate predictions and insights.
• Utilize advanced modeling techniques to forecast sales and facilitate strategic decision-making

Project support

• Engage with external consulting firms to stay abreast of industry trends and introduce cutting-edge modeling techniques.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments, serving as a liaison in cross-functional initiatives to advance project progress.

KPI Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of various KPIs, identifying correlations and dependencies through sophisticated modeling.
• Provide actionable insights to improve KPI performance and drive overall business success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• At least 8 years of working experience in modeling & advanced analytics related
• Expertise in statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
• Good command of both written and oral English
• Excellent skill of MATLAB, Python, R, PPT, Excel
