Lead development of commercial excellence related business & initiative plans, under overarching AZ China corporate strategies. Provide program management support to commercial leadership group of DCI & CSE to ensure high quality outcome delivery, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure sufficient internal alignment and resources.

• Lead planning of key commercial excellence strategies & initiatives
• Ensure consistency and sharing principles and practice across AZ China
• Responsible for supporting the effective communication strategies
• Act as consultant to commercial leaders in the planning process
• Manage and track key projects execution
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor/Master degree;
- Evidence of the ability to pull together diverse teams over whom they have no line management responsibility;
- Create results and give a sense of ownership to all participants without over-compromise;
- Evidence of strong analytical and planning skills and financial acumen;
- A good understanding of externalization strategies and the ability to lead and influence to deliver these initiatives into the organization;
- Experience of successful influencing cross functionally, cross-culturally and cross-brands;
- Strong evidence of working and influencing effectively to achieve results with no line responsibility;
- Demonstrated knowledge and very wide understanding of corporate business context;
- An excellent communicator;
- Evidence of strong independence and innovative seeker of strategic solutions;
- A strongly conceptual thinker; forward looking
Desirable:
- Advanced Degree (MBA);
- Experienced in a top-tier consulting firm or leading MNC PharmaCo CE function;
- Managed a group of at least 1-3 analytical staff;
