Strategy & PMO Specialist

工作职责：

行政支持：

• 协调PMO团队的会议安排，管理日程、费用报销及办公室预定等日常行政工作。

活动组织与协调：

• 组织和协调团队活动，包括但不限于PMO office内部活动（周会、团队建设活动）、全球高管在华接待、中国内部跨部门的主要会议（如年会等）。

会议规划：

• 规划由中国管理层主导的全年会议安排，与各SMT的助理沟通，明确会议需求和安排，如SMT、CSOP等会议。

预算管理：

• 协助PMO负责人进行团队预算管理，包括与T&E相关的部分。

沟通与协作：

• 具备流利的英语口语和书面沟通能力，能够与全球领导者的行政助理有效沟通。
• 能够与内部SMT领导的行政助理沟通，具备较强的团队合作和跨部门沟通能力。

任职要求：

• 优秀的组织和协调能力，能够高效管理多项任务
• 较强的沟通技巧，尤其是在跨文化和国际环境中
• 具备高度责任感和细致入微的工作态度
• 相关领域的工作经验者优先考虑
• 熟练使用办公软件和会议管理工具
