Typical Accountabilities:
- Develop and Execute Advocacy Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive policy advocacy strategies that align with corporate goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to drive policy initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Research and Analyze Policies: Conduct thorough research and analysis on relevant policies and regulations impacting the organization, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor Policy Landscape: Stay updated on industry trends, legislative developments, and emerging issues to proactively inform and shape corporate initiatives.
- Report and Communicate Outcomes: Prepare and present reports on advocacy activities and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree; Comprehensive understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in the region;
- Evidence of the ability to pull together diverse teams over whom they have no line management responsibility;
- Experience of successful influencing cross functionally, cross-culturally and cross-brands;
- Demonstrated knowledge and very wide understanding of global business context: almost certainly having held a number of diverse roles including outside home country and across SET areas;
- An excellent communicator; evidence of strong independence and innovative seeker of strategic solutions; a strongly conceptual thinker, forward looking
