The Sr. Product Manager works with business stakeholders and develops, maintains and communicates the Product Vision and Product Roadmap for a set of large / complex data products and solutions, potentially spanning multiple functions. The Sr. Product Manager ensures that customer needs are integrated into the product strategy by continuously exploring the solution context and building their understanding of customers. They guide the flow of work through the Agile Release Train backlog, ensuring that work is well-prioritized and sequenced to provide continuous business value, and foster and develop collaborative talent across multiple functions within the agile framework. The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for aligning the product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders, business objectives, the broader enterprise data strategy, and value stream budget and guardrails. They act as a trusted advisor to executive-level business owners, proactively communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities, and collaborate closely with solution architects, product owners, delivery teams, and technology partners to address architectural considerations, and innovation opportunities within the data ecosystem. Preferably as a Product Manager, Product Owner or equivalent role for complex insurance or finance based solutions within the domain, preferably with experience influencing senior leadership levelsProgram-Level experience in Agile methodologiesSuccessful track record with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, along with approaches to “from Project to Product” definition, prioritization and funding principlesApplicable certifications preferred - SAFe PO / PM, CSPO or PSPO#LI-Hybrid#LI-GV1In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois,Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is$152,000 to $242,000 annually.
