CNA National is seeking a proactive and independent candidate to support and enhance our national account relationships by delivering exceptional service and CNAN expertise. You will collaborate with internal and external resources to drive national account results.
You will facilitate problem resolution - You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working cross-functionally to solve problems that cut across people, software, process and real-world logistics. You believe there's no such thing as "someone else's problem" and want to collaborate and problem solve anywhere you can.

What You’ll Do
- Efficiently and thoroughly facilitate ongoing national account administration while maintaining targeted service levels
- Act as an internal national account champion, assuring clear and regular communication to key CNA National employees; Works closely with other teams to meet account performance objectives and expectations through collaborative cross-functional efforts
- Work as a team in conjunction with other departments to best serve our clients quickly and accurately by providing solution-based responses, contract resolution
- Organize data and information for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision-making
- Work with manager to maintain dashboards to track account KPIs and keep key internal and external customers updated on progress
- Solicit and clarify the business partner’s needs on an ongoing basis. Work with manager on solution development and execution for identified improvement areas
- Manage and document best practices
