Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health status
- Support clients with activities of daily living
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Experience
- Experience in home community care, assisted living, or memory care is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to lift and move clients safely
- Previous experience in home health, caregiving, or related field is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
