CNA's Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing and improving our company's operational processes. This role is responsible for analyzing data, including departmental results and trends, utilizing data to develop strategic solutions to address inefficiencies and will be instrumental in supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Our preference is for the candidate to reside within either the Central or Eastern time zone.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines :
- Uses problem solving and decision making to document and analyze operational and / or other data which may include staffing allocation, work distribution, budget, compliance and / or operations goals.
- Develops and uses work management tools and analyzes database and operating systems to facilitate efficient processes and to conduct quality and / or operations reviews in effort to track trends and efficiencies.
- Develops the scope, proposals and details of project plans.
- May collaborate in the development, documentation, coordination, and implementation of efficiencies to end users.
- Utilizes business acumen and industry knowledge to identify issues that impact service provision and may make recommendations to management.
- Accountable for preparing and submitting project status and other reports to management; including effectively interacting with BPO partners, participating on calibration calls and development of KPIs.
- May plan, organize and manage system testing.
- Collaborates with other departments or may provide technical assistance to others within the department.

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $47,000 to $78,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
