Branch Manager I / Loan Officer

REPORTS TO: AVP/Community Relationship Officer

The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations at our Long Meadow Branch ensuring delivery of quality customer service, achievement of sales, and productivity goals.

What You'll Do:

• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff
• Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff while providing guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives
• Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs
• Participates in community activities to promote the organization and broaden community outreach
