Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Universal Associates. Responsibilities
- Provide enhanced client service by enthusiastically greeting clients, engaging in conversations, and serving them throughout the lobby.
- Maintain a positive approach in managing change and demonstrate excellent communication skills through effective conversations and collaboration.
- Explore and educate clients on alternative digital channels of delivery, products, and services.
- Perform accurate transactions, account maintenance, and consumer lending at a high level, enforcing associate policies, procedures, and client service standards.
- Pursue professional development opportunities, including four levels of universal associate training and annual job-specific training assignments.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred.
- A background screening will be conducted.
- Obligation to obtain a Unique Identifier from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents, possessing professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing telephone systems and demonstrating good digital literacy, including email, internet, and intranet use.
- Capacity to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
