What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNB Bank, Information Technology Operations Manager position at CNB Financial Corporation?
The IT Operations Manager position will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of our virtual infrastructure and associated services. The candidate will work with internal IT and InfoSec staff as well as 3rd party vendors to review and implement new virtual services and maintain existing virtual and legacy deployments covering a wide array of technologies while maintaining industry best practices and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL TEAM SUPPORT
Effectively deploy, support, and monitor the virtual infrastructure while working with departments and vendors to achieve strategic goals. Effectively analyze and communicate the needs of stakeholders to ensure an efficient and productive rollout of new virtual deployments and departmental efficiency enhancements. Detailed reporting on all virtual activities and responsibilities to management. Work with co-workers in achieving department goals.
PROVIDE EXEPTIONAL CLIENT SERVICE
Ability to identify problematic system areas, engage accurate support resources, and execute timely communication to those affected by adhering to the department’s Service Level Agreement. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders & vendors as needed.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in IT related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in VMware vSphere or similar technology. Strong understanding of servers, networking, storage, and security services. Experience with scripting and automation tools is preferred. Industry recognized IT and cloud certifications are preferred. A background screening will be conducted. - LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak optimally both one-on-one and before groups of employees of the organization directly and effectively.
- TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Experience with workstations, printers, scanners, servers, network disk storage, routers/switches/WIFI, telephone systems, peripheral devices and various network connected devices. Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, NFS, SAN, LDAP, AAD, IIS, SQL, O365) and VMware (ESXi, vCenter, vMotion).
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate subnet masks.
- REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues on short notice.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time sitting while using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The ability to lift or move 30lbs on occasion is required. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas.
