We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Account Manager to join our team and help ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of CNC Cabinetry’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and cloud-based software solutions for data entry and database management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns in a fast-paced, conflict-resolution environment while adhering to company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- 1 years of customer service experience in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
