As a Junior Civil Engineer, you'll be instrumental in supporting project teams by leading design efforts, preparing plans and submittals, and resolving engineering challenges across a range of projects. This role will allow you to refine and demonstrate your expertise in civil engineering principles while working closely with project managers, team members, and clients.

- Preparing and reviewing engineering plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
- Develop project schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Navigate local and state regulations and checklists to secure all necessary permits.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to young engineers and cad drafters.
- Update Team leader on projects and workload status.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete tasks efficiently and inline with quality standards.
- Conducting site visits and inspections.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in civil engineering projects, including grading, stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, roadway design (public and private), storm drainage, and water and sewer systems.
- FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) license is preferred.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or similar modelbased software is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform engineering computations and analyses accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to deliver technically sound projects on time and within budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000.00.
