We are expanding across the San Antonio region, so we are looking for an additional Client Success Representative to help manage growing client needs and assist both new and existing clients with the best products and services available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities As A Client Success Representative:
- Initiate service education, customer acquisition, and sales process through contact with local community members
- Prepare for consumer interactions through entry-level Client Success Representative training and independent research on the network-managed services and capabilities in our local region
- Clarify current needs and wants with customers and determine their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and sales capacities
- Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Maintaining necessary logs, lists, records, and current documentation required for new and existing customer accounts
- Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using information available
- Work collaboratively with fellow Client Success Representatives to deliver the best customer experience and drive revenue sales to achieve enrollment goals
Qualifications we look for in a Client Success Representative:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is highly recommended
- 1 years of customer service, outreach, sales, or a client-focused environment is preferred
- Passionate about identifying sales solutions to better the customer experience
- Strong, active listening and presentation abilities
- Feels comfortable asking questions to management or more senior members of the Client Manager or Sales teams during training and hands-on work
- Driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity under minimal supervision
