Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the ISO 9001-2015 quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. You will utilize various quality management tools and techniques to conduct quality audits, collect data, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, familiarity with ISO standards, and experience with precision measuring instruments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established quality management systems.
- Utilize vision inspection systems and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers to evaluate product quality.
- Collect and analyze data related to product performance and quality metrics.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001 standards.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Experience with visual inspection.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
