The Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative interacts with our clients on a daily basis; addressing concerns, entering orders, invoicing, and fielding questions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persistent, and knowledgeable, with a friendly yet professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Answer & respond to phone calls & emails
- Input orders & returns
- Assist with accounting processes (invoicing, A / R, merchant services)
- Conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying., scanning, & filing
- Assist with repair, exchange, and return processes
- Work closely with Sales, Assembly, Repair, and Shipping
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction.
- Create & maintain customer data files
- Become an expert on our products and services
