This position consists of solving on-site and off-site commercial customer computer / server problems via service tickets.
A good phone voice, proper communication skills, assertiveness and excellent English with a pleasant attitude is a must. Problem solving, speed and ability to solve critical problems or by redirecting to the appropriate department is required. Must be able to multi-task. Dependability and timeliness must be a standard. Salary listed is base, actual salary is commensurate to skills, experience, training and certifications. May train the right person. CompTIA and other certs will be required and possibly paid for by the company.
