The Red Ventures Growth and Transformation team is seeking a Content Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll flex your writing and creative problem-solving skills across various digital channels, creating compelling user experiences that help people live better financial lives.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work alongside a rockstar team of content and product designers, product managers, UX researchers and engineers. Ideal candidates will be coachable, curious and highly motivated, with a proven track record of driving performance.
What You'll Do :
- Write high-performing content and microcopy for onsite experiences, user flows, landing pages, emails, and more
- Use your knowledge of product design and UX to inform content strategy
- Use data, user research and performance metrics to optimize existing site experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and propose solutions
