What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst, Consumer Experience | Bankrate position at CNET?
As a Senior Consumer Experience Analyst, you’ll work with RV business leaders and drive the operations of one of the consumer-facing, personal finance verticals within our Bankrate.com brand. You'll iterate through customer experience optimization (journey optimization), deep diving into visitor behavior and performance, and driving the creation of new features and tools that enhance the customer experience and drive additional revenue.
- This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our or our (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.
