Position Description :
The Full Time Baker Position is for people looking for a career in the bakery business. Whether youre looking for a steady paycheck doing something you love, or seeking a step up into leadership roles, this is great either way. A majority of shifts will be early morning and / or daytime, with a lot of focus on dough production and decorating while assisting customers. No previous baking experience is necessary, just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to details, and passion for perfection. We have formal training programs that provide specific hourly raises upon successful completion.
