We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Analytics & Machine Systems Engineer to join our team and drive improvements in product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in off-road vehicle systems—particularly skid steer applications—to support control systems development and lead digital and quality initiatives using onboard and offboard data. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hands-on experience with data analytics tools, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across multifunctional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hands-on experience with data analytics tools, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across multifunctional teams.
- Support the development of methods and logic to correlate data from various sources to improve customer satisfaction by improving quality, performance, and efficiency.
- Apply knowledge of skid steer systems and application to develop skid steer specific control systems and analysis.
- Lead definition and requirements of application and support development of Digital and Quality initiatives utilizing product onboard and offboard data.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, agricultural, automotive, or similar engineering discipline
- 5 plus years of experience with off-road vehicle product development and knowledge of machine systems
- Experience correlating and statistically analyzing data from various sources to machine systems, in relation to performance and quality
- Experience working with a cross functional team
- Experience with communicating issues, ideas, concepts, and solutions with internal stakeholders and management
- Experience utilizing problem solving methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.); Azure Databricks; MS PowerBI Pro; Python or SQL
