We are currently seeking Assembly Operators to join our team in Fargo. Essential duties vary, depending on the area of the plant to which an employee is assigned. Duties may include all or a portion of the following, but are not limited to:
- Tractor Assembly
- Material Preparation
- Warehousing
- Repair
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good attendance record.
- Ability to comprehend and follow through on verbal and written instructions.
- Safety minded with safe work ethics.
- May be required to drive a forklift and obtain operator's permit.
- Ability to read production drawings to determine proper routings, torque specifications, and components.
- Good mechanical skills, previous assembly experience beneficial.
- Knowledge of tractor and loader parts.
- Basic computer skills.

This position pays: $26.75 - $27.42 plus any applicable bonus (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
**Relocation assistance provided up to $5,000 for eligible new hires that live more than 50 miles away from the Fargo CNH plant. Must be employed by CNH for one year to receive the full package.
