- Able to complete all items as required by industrial electrician job classification.
- Identify problems with equipment using verbal and written instructions.
- Communicate repair parts requirements or other skills required for repair regarding failure to supervisor.
- Do breakdown electrical/electronic repair maintenance to equipment in an expeditious manner.
- Operate N/C, CNC equipment for testing and in the repair of the equipment.
- Must be able to do major reconditioning of equipment controls as requested.
- Document resolution and parts used for repair and input to proper file and/or computer.
- Calibrate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Must be able to operate forklift and other wheeled vehicles in the department.

- High school diploma or high school GED.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal instructions.
- Must show good attendance record.
- Must be safety conscious.
- Must have prior experience in maintenance and be familiar with standard repair procedures.
- Must be able to read and comprehend maintenance manuals and schematics.
- Must have background in electrical and electronic circuitry, etc.

This position pays: $38.72 - $38.96 plus any applicable bonus (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
**Sign on bonus up to $4,000
**Relocation assistance provided up to $5,000 for eligible new hires that live more than 50 miles away from the Fargo CNH plant. Must be employed by CNH for one year to receive the full package.
