Position will be located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.
Responsibilities
- Provide business partner finance support for the off-highway business, monitoring and executing quality actions
- Collaborate and support Regional Controller where applicable
- Prepare and support Regional & Global analysis & reporting for QCAS team (Quality, Customer Advocacy & Sustainability) not limited to SG&A and CAPEX
- Support Recall campaign (PIP) communications, consolidate reporting of approvals
- Perform timely and insightful financial analysis to identify necessary adjustments and reclassifications to ensure integrity of the financial statements
- Collaborate with Accounting and Legal Entity Controller
- Provide support to internal and external audit teams
- Govern over accuracy of data and contribute to the team’s joint effort in continuous improvement of systems and tools
- Ad hoc requests
The annual salary for this role is $74,625 - $109,450 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree required; Economics or Finance major preferred
- 5 years' experience in Finance or Accounting as an Assistant Controller or related area of financial responsibility
- 3 years' experience in a commercial or manufacturing industry
The preferred candidate will have:
- Professional Accounting certification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Business intelligence and/or statistical analysis software such as Cognos, Qlik or Access
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP ERP, SAP URP, SAP NH3 (FI-CIO), Semplice and UPlan
- SOX requirements
