Product Marketing Specialist - Precision Construction Equipment and Service Marketing

The Product Marketing Specialist - Precision Construction Equipment and Service Marketing develops, implements, and monitors the marketing programs for a significant product, product category, or brand.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a marketing, branding, and promotional program to stimulate demand for a product or particularline of key products.
• Establishes marketing strategies including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans andfuture product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle.
• Plans, implements and evaluates the strategy for marketing organization brands to various distribution channels (i.e.,wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
• Coordinates merchandising, promotion and commercial collaboration projects between the organization and distributionchannels to increase demand for organization products and services.
• Uses market research, product analysis, and customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories.
• Develops marketing plans for program implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Provides training, education, and technical assistance to the sales force and customers.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in service marketing and/or precision construction.
• Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time to dealer meetings.

The annual salary for this role is $102,375 - $150,150 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
