Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills. MUST have IHG Experience within the past year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk area
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role. within IHG.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
