Construction Quality Control Manager

The Construction Quality Control Manager position is a critical role throughout the entire project. This role will be responsible for implementation of the Quality Control Plan and assurance to the Quality Control System and applicable standards (ISO and Department of Defense) on multiple construction projects. This position is 100% on-site in the Indian Head, MD area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS  

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property. 

• Construction Quality Manager Certification required.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of five (5) years’ related experience in Construction Quality Management, or equivalent combination of education / experience.

• Ability to use discretion in the handling of confidential or sensitive information. 

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of five (5) years’ related experience in Construction Quality Management, or equivalent combination of education / experience.

Exposure to hazardous working conditions including moving machinery, electricity and/or working in high places.  May be exposed to hot objects, flames or sparks. The job requires the use of protective equipment such as hard hats, respirators, aprons, gloves, special clothing, safety shoes and safety glasses.

The estimated pay range for this role is $110K to $143K, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.

Salary : $110,000 - $143,000
