Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including different kinds of cargo vans
- Delivery vehicles, all other equipment and uniform will be provided.
- Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring that all products are handled with care.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies encountered during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or any issues that arise during the route.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional during all interactions.
Requirements
- No experience is required, extensive training provided.
- For full time employees, there will be 4 days 10 hour shifts. At least one of the weekend days required when you start working.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required for loading and unloading goods.
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
